Bathroom Scales Can Make You Fat? Read On...


Bathroom scales are main reason Women can never have Better Bodies.  Unfortunately I can not think of enough good article you stop fantasizing about life in the city of four Americans who live in the man-hunters. The truth is always a woman in the history of modern society has had a little (or big), heart palpitations when they see a small red hand darting up and around the scales. It is an unfortunate fact of life. It seems that for many this is the only thing that matters in life. Now I'm not going to tell you that I believe that the human mind is really the most important thing, and that true beauty is inside. Although this may be true in large, does not help attracting men at the bar. Or anywhere else for that matter. The truth is that focusing on weight can be a fast track to make your body and you feel even worse now, no matter what state you are in. So why continue?

When you step on the scale, what you see is what your body weight. However, consider the following:

- How many times a man approached you in a bar and asked how much weight? They do not. They look at your face, buttocks and other pieces!

- When you look in the mirror, it is, "Oh my dear I push two stones too"? Or you're thinking: "I look fat?"

- Have you seen a great looking model Waltzing around the red carpet outside the Batman Premiere. Do you think "Oooh, it weighs about 8 stone," Or do you think "I wish I looked like him" or "I want to be a tramp-like"?

This should be reflected in a recurring theme here. The word "look". What you should focus on. Here's how you look. For many, health and fitness is about how you feel. A good-looking, in general, makes you feel good. The point is that what you say is a small horizontal, often an insignificant number of much bigger things. Like the story that dominates the lives of many women carry the physical and psychological torment. I am a man who loves women. They are attracted to bodies and good (more intelligence, humor and personal drive before you get the women's brigade on my back!). I am attracted to girls who weigh 7 stone and girls who weigh 10 stones. I do not care how much they weigh less than a series of "push" to look sexy and attractive. Let's be honest. If you are worried about body image, it is because you want to be attractive to the opposite sex (or same sex, in some cases).

The key is to improve the image of the body should not be the absolute end of the scale. Instead, the body fat levels, muscle tone, and circumferences (waist, hips, arms, etc.) are what matter. And 'possible to lose weight, and looks worse. Similarly, you can lose some 'weight, but looks much better. Let's say you press the 60kg and body fat percentage is 35%. This means you are lean mass (muscle, bone, etc.) and 39kg and 21kg, and fat deposits.

You crash diet, do lots of tedious heart and your weight drops to 55 kg. Job done, right?

No.

If you're starving and do lots of cardio and weight that you lost the most muscle and water. So if you have lost 5 kg, 4 kg and 1 kg of muscle fat, you need the numbers look like this. Lean body mass of 35 kg. 20 kg of body fat. This means that the percentage of body fat is now 36.4%. So, you've lost weight according to its size, but in reality you're fatter than ever! Not only do you look a little 'fatter, and feel flabbier, but because you lost muscle metabolism has slowed. This means you have to work harder and harder to lose more weight. You will be more heart. You will lose more muscle. Your metabolism slows down even more. You get the picture. Girls with big bums and arms tight and stomachs are carved with weights and eat sensible. There is no other way. Cardio has its place, but not for long, boring runs.

In short, interval training high to help you burn fat without losing muscle and you will get a much better shape.

Your weight may have fallen a lot, but body fat is 10% smaller, giving only muscles toned up a menu. What is the problem? If you plan to eat less, and use a longer time is to get a better body you're wrong. You have a life of frustration I'm afraid. People have commented that probably looks like a stick thin. Either that or you're still seems to you a year ago, but the metabolism is slower. We all know, an office lady, that makes any diet, talk about it, you end up starving and looking fat 6 months later. It could be a woman. You can continue this way, focusing on your weight, or you can get smart, eat well, a train of short sharp bursts, with the heart and the weights and see visible results. I do not know who gets more attention to the boys! (The latter, if you had not guessed!).
